Job summary

Philips is seeking an Implementation Clinical Consulting Lead for North Europe to guide the RI S&SD clinical consulting team across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics. You will drive delivery, education, and adoption of Philips RI solutions and provide strategic guidance to customer executives.

Responsibilities include presales validation, customer collaboration, and ensuring physician adoption while coaching teams across Europe.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in radiology informatics clinical area.
• Master's degree or equivalent.
• Proven track record in structuring problems and designing customer-focused solutions.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal skills in English.
• Fluent in English and able to interact with senior management.
• Willingness to travel >80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RI S&SD Implementation Clinical Consulting team in North Europe (UKI and Nordics).
• Educate and coach your team and sales resources in Radiology Informatics solutions (vuePACS, vueRIS).
• Validate solution design to fit customers' clinical requirements during presales for complex implementations.
• Develop strategic relationships and provide guidance to C-level customer leaders.
• Serve as a consultative partner throughout sales, implementation and adoption.
• Support and advise the salesforce during customer acquisition.
• Ensure successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips RI solutions.
• Resolve complex issues requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
• Provide clinical consultancy on workflow analysis and adoption of solution design.
• Guide customers in testing workarounds and new functionality of Philips solutions.
• Coach and educate Clinical Consulting teams Europe and customers.
• Active member of the Clinical Consulting Community Europe.
