Job summary

Philips is seeking a Customer Program Manager for Radiology Informatics to lead large-scale, cross-country software implementation projects across the UK, Ireland and Nordics. You will drive customer value and satisfaction by delivering PACS/RIS solutions through disciplined project management and governance practices.

You will work from home with regular travel to customer sites, collaborating with senior stakeholders and delivering measurable outcomes for healthcare customers.

Qualifications

PMP (PMI) certification required.
Healthcare IT experience with radiology solutions (PACS/RIS) preferred.
Experience delivering software/IT projects across multiple markets.
Fluent English written and spoken; additional European languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead customer-facing programs for Radiology Informatics (PACS/RIS) end-to-end.
Manage cross-functional teams across UK, Ireland and Nordics with >€1M budgets.
Ensure on-time delivery within scope, budget and quality targets.
Maintain solid customer relationships and governance participation.
