Job summary

Rosenfield Health Tech Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager for radiology software solutions. This permanent, fully remote role focuses on our UK customer base, acting as the trusted advisor and primary contact to drive retention, adoption, and expansion within NHS trusts and private clinics.

You will leverage radiology workflows and PACS expertise to deliver tailored training, gather feedback for the product roadmap, and collaborate with Implementation,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer-facing roles within healthcare software or services.
• Deep understanding of radiology workflows and PACS systems.
• Strong communication with clinical, technical, and administrative stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within the UK (4–6 times per year).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end relationship with assigned UK customers, ensuring satisfaction and advocacy.
• Conduct health-checks, business reviews, and optimization sessions to maximise platform adoption.
• Identify risks to retention and coordinate with customers to resolve issues.
• Provide tailored training and workflow consultations leveraging radiography expertise.
• Spot upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with Sales to close expansions.
• Gather feedback to influence product roadmap and future development priorities.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing success.
• Track key metrics (renewals, NPS, usage, expansion).
