Job summary

VerseOne Group is seeking a Radiology Admin Clerk to join our busy Radiology team at Broomfield Hospital and other Essex sites. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, handling receptions and appointment bookings.

You will work 37.5 hours weekly, with varied shifts from early to late and occasional weekends. Experience in hospital administration is preferred, and you will receive full training and support.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and courteous reception duties within the Radiology Department.
• Book appointments by phone and manage cancellations using the computerised system.
• Act as access point for patients into the radiology service and maintain accurate appointment records.
