Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths or equivalent education.
• ECDL and NVQ2 in Customer Service provide essential IT and service skills.
• Experience with NHS clerical processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Attend patients on the CRIS system.
• Book appointments using the CRIS system.
• Deal with queries regarding referrals or appointments.
• Transfer and import Radiology Images.
• Update patient details on PAS system.
