Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for flexible radiology admin staff to join a busy team across multiple sites, including the hospital and community diagnostic centre.

You will schedule imaging appointments, manage calls and inquiries, and assist with patient reception and inpatient coordination in a fast-paced NHS environment. Training and NHS benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills.
• Ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage workload priorities.

Responsabilités

• Schedule radiology appointments for Ultrasound, X-Ray, CT and MRI by phone.
• Call patients to confirm appointment dates and provide prep instructions.
• Answer calls and manage voicemails/emails to assist patients and staff.
• Cover multiple reception desks and liaise with wards/portering for inpatient scheduling.
