Job summary

Spinwell Global Limited is seeking a Radio Comms Technician for an office-based role in Kidlington. You will test and maintain radio hardware, document configurations, and manage stock to ensure continuous operation across the Force's radio estate.

Responsibilities

• Test and maintain radio hardware per plans and standards to support the Force's estate.
• Perform routine hardware/software maintenance to meet business needs.
• Diagnose issues and escalate with colleagues to restore operations.
• Document hardware/software items and changes in systems for integrity.
• Maintain stock levels of radios/ancillaries and negotiate deliveries with suppliers.
• Ensure radio estate security in line with Home Office guidelines.
• Receive and handle support requests and allocate unresolved calls with records.
