Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot faults and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate equipment records and configuration updates.
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers regarding availability and deliveries.
• Handle support requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain equipment security and compliance with relevant standards.
