Job summary

Adecco is recruiting a Radio Comms Technician to support the Thames Valley Police Force in Kidlington. This temporary role is full-time, 8am–4pm, with travel and some remote work, and runs through May 2027. A UK driving licence is essential, and the position requires Police Vetting and UK residency of at least 5 consecutive years.

Driving is required. The role involves testing, provisioning, maintenance, documentation, stock control, and security compliance for radio systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Testing and provisioning of radio hardware to ensure continuous operation.

• Stock management and supplier coordination to mitigate delays.
• Ensure radio estate security aligns with Home Office guidelines.
• Handle support requests and incidents following agreed procedures.
