Job summary

The Williams F1 Team in Grove, United Kingdom is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage the flow, storage and tracking of high-value components and materials in the warehouse for production, testing and race operations.

You will maintain stock records, prepare picks in line with the work-to-list, and perform regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and availability for critical activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, warehousing or logistics in high-pressure environments.
• Proficiency with inventory management software (preferably D365).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records for components, tools and consumables.
• Prepare picks for Operations in line with the work-to-list.
• Monitor stock levels and perform regular cycles counts and reconciliations.
