Job summary

Williams Racing is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage stock records, organize warehouse operations, and support procurement during race events. The role requires attention to detail, strict adherence to safety and FIA guidelines, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will handle daily stock reconciliations, liaise with receiving, and contribute to continuous improvement of inventory processes in a fast-paced motorsport environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
• Experience with inventory management software, ideally D365.
• Experience in high-pressure or technical environments such as motorsport, aerospace, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular audits.
• Prepare picks for Operations teams in line with work-to-list.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure critical parts are available for production and race events.
• Coordinate with Goods Receiving to manage inflow and outflow of materials.
• Support compliance with health and safety guidelines and FIA regulations.
• Assist with audits and ensure documentation is readily available for inspection.
