Job summary

Silverstone Circuits is seeking a proactive Hospitality Operations Event Assistant to support planning and delivery of our hospitality events at Silverstone. You will assist with administration, logistics, budgeting, and on-site delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between the Hospitality, Enclosure, and Catering teams.

You will help grow the events by contributing ideas, coordinating supplier arrangements, maintaining schedules, and producing accurate documentation for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in an administrative role.
• Commercially and operationally minded with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to take ownership and problem solve, proactive and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Hospitality Department throughout events from concept to completion.
• Coordinate logistics with suppliers, staffing, transport and catering.
• Assist with proposals and sales contracts for smaller club events.
• Support the Enclosure Manager with planning and delivery of enclosure products at events.
• Maintain documentation for race day hospitality including budgeting, site planning, safety and contingency planning.
• Record and communicate event information to stakeholders and liaise with internal teams and clients.
• Assist on-site delivery, including setup, guest liaison and post-event breakdown.
• Maintain event schedules, timelines and key documentation.
• Provide cross-departmental support within hospitality including ticketing and inventory management.
• Compile event briefing packs and distribute minutes and actions from meetings.
