Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Management, Event Management, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience of project management, preferably in motorsport events or large-scale, high-profile events.
• Significant leadership of multi-functional teams and delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project strategy and planning for hospitality at Silverstone.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver on time, on brief and within budget.
• Manage budgets, risks, timelines and governance with regular stakeholder reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams and contractors to ensure seamless event delivery across all hospitality elements.
