Silverstone seeks an experienced Event Manager to oversee planning and execution of motorsport, leisure and mass participation events across national and international venues. You will lead coordinators and assistants, manage budgets, safety, and supplier relationships to deliver high-profile events such as the British Grand Prix ecosystem.

• A relevant business or events degree.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in events management.
• Experience delivering large-scale motorsport and mass-participation events.
• Ability to lead and develop event teams.
• Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning and execution of allocated events including site planning, inspections, scheduling for security, stewarding, cleaning, traffic management and emergency planning.
• Own budgets, procurement, supplier and contractor management, ensuring cost-efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate with internal departments, event organisers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Provide health and safety oversight and ensure compliance with guidelines and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance events and drive sustainability while controlling costs.
