Job summary

Able Personnel is recruiting a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Learning Coach for a Manchester-based role that blends on-site delivery with workplace visits. You will guide and inspire apprentices through their Level 3 programme, helping them achieve qualifications and build careers in the industry.

The role requires industry experience and a passion for teaching, with strong communication, planning and independence in a field-based setting.

Qualifications

• Strong Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Learning Coach industry experience.
• Experience gained from industry and/or a training or education environment.
• A passion for sharing knowledge and supporting learner success.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and manage a varied workload.
• Confidence working independently in a field based role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality coaching and training sessions, classroom delivery 4 to 5 days per week for practical and theory.
• Support learners throughout their apprenticeship, ensuring milestones and targets are met.
• Manage a caseload of learners, monitoring progress and achievement against deadlines.
• Provide constructive feedback that supports learner development and confidence.
• Capture evidence for learning, achievement, Ofsted and funding compliance.
• Build positive working relationships with employers and learners.
