Job summary

W&A, based just outside Glasgow in Cumbernauld, is recruiting for an R2R Finance Transformation Manager on a two-year fixed-term contract with hybrid working. The role focuses on standardising end-to-end Record to Report processes across close, journals, intercompany, fixed assets, balance sheet reconciliations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience across Record to Report processes including close, journals and reconciliations.
• Experience supporting finance transformation and process redesign in complex environments.
• Strong governance and control awareness in financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Design future-state R2R operating model with clear ownership.
• Coordinate improvements to period-end close, calendars and hand-offs.
• Strengthen journal governance and balance sheet reconciliation processes.
