Job summary

Ad Idem Consulting Limited is seeking an R2R Implementation Lead to drive the record-to-report workstream during a Dynamics 365 migration in the UK. You will design and map requirements across cash management, liquidity, bank reconciliations, and intercompany processes, ensuring IFRS compliance and strong controls.

The role demands 5–7 years in treasury or corporate control, ERP implementation exposure, and qualifications such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA/ACT.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in corporate treasury or corporate control.
• ERP implementation experience, ideally Dynamics 365.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA/ACT qualification is an advantage.
• Experience with IFRS, UAT, cutover and post go-live stabilisation.

Responsibilities

• Design and map system requirements across cash management and liquidity, bank, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
• Support testing, UAT, cutover and post go-live stabilisation.
• Collaborate with UK Financial Controller and Group finance transformation team.
