Job summary

Ad Idem Consulting Limited is seeking an R2R Implementation Lead to drive the record-to-report workstream during a Dynamics 365 migration in the UK. You will design and map requirements across cash management, liquidity, bank reconciliations, and intercompany processes, ensuring IFRS compliance and strong controls.

The role demands 5–7 years in treasury or corporate control, ERP implementation exposure, and qualifications such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA/ACT.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in corporate treasury or corporate control.
• ERP implementation experience, ideally Dynamics 365.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA/ACT qualification is an advantage.
• Experience with IFRS, UAT, cutover and post go-live stabilisation.

Job description

Our client, an international manufacturing business, is currently searching for R2R ERP Implementation Lead as it establishes its own systems, processes and reporting from the ground up.

As part of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 migration, we are seeking an R2R Implementation Lead to act as the specialist for the record-to-report workstream in the UK. You will design and map system requirements across cash management and liquidity, bank, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations, month-end close inputs, and compliance and controls under IFRS. You will support testing, UAT, cutover and post go-live stabilisation, working closely with the UK Financial Controller and the Group finance transformation team.

You will bring five to seven years’ experience in corporate treasury, or corporate control. Experience contributing to an ERP implementation, ideally Dynamics 365, is required. An ACA, ACCA, CIMA or ACT qualification is an advantage, as is exposure to Avalara, Bottomline or SKsoft.

12-month FTC: salary and bonus commensurate with experience.
