R&D Technician (internally known as Technician, Development Technologist) - One Year Student Placement

Location: Nuneaton
Start date: June/July 2027
Duration: 12-month placement

Looking for a placement where you can turn what you've learnt at university into real-world experience? We're looking for an enthusiastic student to join our R&D team from June/July 2027 for a one-year placement. You'll gain hands-on experience across product and packaging development, supporting projects from early ideas and trials through to product launch.

YOU'LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY...

• Supporting new product and packaging development projects.
• Getting involved in product, pilot and factory trials.
• Helping develop new cheese concepts and packaging solutions.
• Supporting product testing, analysis and development documentation.
• Working with teams across Production, Technical, Marketing, Procurement and Commercial.
