The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, feasibility studies, and bringing concepts to validated products, with a hybrid office-based setup and occasional WFH with manager approval.

Qualifications

• Engineering background and practical problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills across teams.
• Understanding of built environment and construction principles.

Responsibilities

• Contribute engineering insight to early-stage ideation and feasibility.
• Translate concepts into development objectives and briefs.
• Design concepts in CAD (2D/3D) and develop performance criteria.
• Prepare technical specifications and report summaries.
