Mondelez International in the UK offers a 12‑month R&D Internship – Taste The Future program for students in Food Science, Engineering or related disciplines. You’ll join our RDQ team from day one, with real responsibilities and a mentor to support your development.

As an R&D – Scientific & Regulatory Intern, you’ll work with scientists across regulatory affairs, labeling, product claims, and sustainability, gaining hands‑on experience in the full product lifecycle and networking across global

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or other scientific discipline with a predicted grade of a 2:1 or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation abilities.
• Able to apply a scientific approach with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensures EU/UK finished products comply with regulations and company policies.
• Reviews and approves labeling and advertising to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assists with product labelling, artwork reviews, and claims validation.
• Supports data tracking for labeling, nutrition policies, and regulatory horizon scanning.
• Collaborates with Regulatory Affairs, RDQ, PCM and Marketing on regulatory tasks.
