Job summary

Mondelēz International offers an internship in R&D Regulatory Affairs (Taste The Future) in the UK for a 12-month period. You’ll work with food scientists and engineers on product labeling, regulatory compliance and claims, contributing to innovative snack brands.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across EU/UK regulations, labeling, and external advocacy while collaborating with a diverse team and external suppliers. The role supports your growth within Mondelēz’s global RDQ community.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering or related scientific discipline with a predicted grade of 2:1 or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation abilities.
• Pro-active, motivated team player who thrives on new challenges and works autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Ensures finished products for EU/UK markets comply with legislation and company policies.
• Reviews product labelling and artwork for regulatory compliance.
• Supports horizon scanning and regulatory tracking, and helps prepare labeling and nutrition information.
