Job summary

Verdantix is seeking a Client Success Specialist to help clients realise the full value of their subscription. You will work with the Account Management team to support onboarding, drive user engagement, promote platform adoption and build strong relationships across our customer base.

In this role you will engage clients by email, phone and virtual meetings, maximise platform usage, and guide them on navigating Verdantix research to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in client success or client engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Organised with attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new clients to ensure adoption of Verdantix subscriptions.
• Engage clients via email, phone and virtual meetings to maximise platform usage.
• Monitor engagement data and assist with renewal preparation by demonstrating value.
• Maintain client records and engagement notes in Salesforce.
• Identify opportunities for additional users or services in collaboration with Account Managers.
