Job summary

Mitie Group plc in the United Kingdom is seeking an organized administrator to support the estimating team in producing quotations for fire and security systems, including CCTV and access control, all within SLAs. You will liaise with engineers, surveyors and other stakeholders to ensure quotes are raised accurately and promptly, manage daily emails, and handle ad hoc tasks.

The role requires strong attention to detail, commercial acumen, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily emails and respond to queries from internal and external clients and escalate issues as needed.
• Raising and assigning sales enquiries for the team and surveyors.
• Liaise with engineers, surveyors and the small works department to ensure accurate and efficient quotation production.
• Convert sales enquiries to jobs upon client order approval.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure quotes are carried out correctly.
• Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and assist other teams as required.
• Proactive team member with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Self-motivated and confident in working with different teams and internal/external clients.
