Mitie Group plc in the United Kingdom is seeking an organized administrator to support the estimating team in producing quotations for fire and security systems, including CCTV and access control, all within SLAs. You will liaise with engineers, surveyors and other stakeholders to ensure quotes are raised accurately and promptly, manage daily emails, and handle ad hoc tasks.

The role requires strong attention to detail, commercial acumen, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Overall, Purpose of the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the estimating team in producing and providing clients with quotations for fire and security systems, including CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and fire alarm systems, all within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role requires effective liaison with engineers, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure quotations are raised and actioned correctly and efficiently. Additionally, the candidate will manage daily emails, address queries, escalate issues when necessary, and handle various ad hoc tasks.
