Job summary

Mitie Group plc. seeks a quotations admin to produce and provide clients with quotes for CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and fire alarm systems within SLAs. You will liaise with engineers, surveyors and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

You will manage daily emails, respond to queries, upgrade issues, and handle ad hoc tasks for the Small Works department and Project Managers, working independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Produce quotations for CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and fire alarm systems within the agreed SLAs.
• Update system and records to reflect changes.
• Manage daily emails, respond to queries, and upgrade issues as needed.
• Liaise with engineers, surveyors, and the small works department to ensure accurate and efficient quotation production.
• Convert sales enquiries to actual jobs upon client order approval.
• Obtain supplier quotations and check stock availability to support planning and equipment orders.
• Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as requested, supporting the Small Works department and Project Managers.
• Proactive team member with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Self-motivated and confident in working with different teams and internal/external client.
