Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in the United Kingdom seeks an organized administrator to assist the estimating team in producing quotations for fire and security systems (CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and fire alarms) within SLAs. You will liaise with engineers, surveyors and stakeholders to ensure quotes are raised, processed and converted to jobs on approval.

Daily email management and ad hoc tasks are part of the role.

Formación

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily emails and respond to internal/external client queries.
• Raise and assign sales inquiries for the team and surveyors.
• Liaise with engineers, surveyors and the small works team to produce quotes.
• Convert sales inquiries to jobs once client orders are approved.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quotes are carried out correctly.
• Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and support other teams as needed.
• Work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
