Job summary

Redline Group Ltd is hiring a Sales & Quotations Executive based in Nottingham to support customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with technical teams in a hybrid office environment.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts, drive quotation accuracy, and work closely with the Sales & Business Development Director and the wider team to deliver professional, timely responses and maximise opportunities across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, quotations, account management or customer service.
• Experience in technical, project-based security, engineering, technology, or B2B environments.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple quotations and accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Commercial mindset to assess and prioritise opportunities.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and commercial teams.
• Strong attention to detail and professional customer focus.
• Experience managing structured customer contact or account review programmes.
• Good IT skills and proficiency with business systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries and develop quotations.
• Prepare, issue, track and follow up quotations to maximise conversions.
• Coordinate with technical teams to develop viable proposals.
• Qualify and prioritise incoming enquiries for resource allocation.
• Maintain an account portfolio and regular customer contact.
• Conduct proactive customer reviews and identify additional opportunities.
• Support retention and renewal activity across existing accounts.
• Promote cross-selling and upselling of services.
• Maintain CRM records and report on pipeline, conversions.
• Escalate larger opportunities to senior sales and account teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
