Job summary

Personnel Solutions (Midlands) Limited is seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator for a client in Alfreton. You will manage customer enquiries, coordinate quotations and maintain regular contact to support revenue growth for Day Services.

You will improve quotation conversion, strengthen customer retention and ensure effective utilisation of operational teams by providing clear data and close collaboration with sales and delivery colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales or customer-focused roles.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for Day Services enquiries.
• Prepare and issue quotations in line with pricing structures.
• Proactively follow up quotations to improve conversion rates.
• Maintain records of enquiries, quotations and orders.
• Liaise with commercial and operations teams to ensure accurate information.
• Provide visibility of activity and forward workload.
