Job summary

The Ashcourt Group seeks a Site Administrator/Weighbridge Operative for Hartley Quarry. The role covers weighbridge transactions, admin duties, and high standard customer service to keep site operations smooth and compliant.

Responsibilities include processing vehicle movements, generating tickets, and maintaining accurate records, while ensuring health and safety and company procedures are followed on site.

Qualifications

• Experience operating weighbridge, ideally in a quarry, aggregates, construction or transport environment.
• Experience using weighbridge software and related order processing systems.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work accurately in a busy operational setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate the site weighbridge system to record and process all vehicles.
• Weigh vehicles and produce tickets, delivery notes and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of weighbridge transactions, sales and deliveries.
• Enter information into computer systems accurately and promptly.
• Assist with order processing, invoicing queries and customer enquiries.
