Hills Quarry Products in Mortimer seeks a Weighbridge Operative to manage weighbridge operations and process vehicle movements on site. The role is full-time and permanent, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

You will handle customer queries, liaise with the Sales Office, process cash sales, and maintain accurate weighbridge records to support timely deliveries and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by processing all vehicle movements accurately through the weighbridge.
• Liaise with the Sales Office on extra customer requirements, amendments and delivery discrepancies.
• Ensure materials are supplied only to authorised customers in line with policy.
• Process cash sales accurately and professionally in line with procedures.
• Complete daily weighbridge administration, recording tonnages and reconciling documents.
• Support transport coordination, assisting with vehicle scheduling and routing.
• Maintain records and documentation to support operations and regulatory compliance.
