Job summary

Suttles is seeking a Weighbridge Operator for our Mannings Heath Depot near Tower Park in Poole. The role involves day-to-day operation of the weighbridge, verifying waste flow, and ensuring on-site health and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate may have weighbridge experience, but training is available for the right person. A driving licence is preferred, and you will work 2 in 4 Saturday mornings by rota along with holiday and pension benefits.

We are currently looking for a Weighbridge Operator at our Mannings Heath Depot near Tower Park in Poole.

Reporting to our Director of Quarrying, the successful candidate will ideally have experience in a weighbridge operator role, but training is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities & Qualities:

• Operating the weighbridge.
• Scrutinising incoming waste flow to ensure compliance.
• Compliance with all health and safety procedures and ensuring that everyone on site is following health and safety laws and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Previous experience as a weighbridge operator useful but not essential.
