Job summary

Breedon Group is seeking an Assistant Quarry Manager at Leaton Quarry, near Telford. The role is hands-on and supports the Quarry Manager in efficiently running a busy site with a collaborative team, focusing on safety, environmental compliance and cost-effective production.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, monitor plant performance, certify operations align with the operating licence, and contribute to maintaining high standards of health and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a quarry environment.
• Previous management experience.
• Flexible, proactive approach to high standards of work.
• Ability to demonstrate managing a large site.

Responsibilities
