Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in utilities or infrastructure.
• Strong NEC contracts knowledge and contract administration.
• Proven ability to manage variations, claims and negotiations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial aspects of utility and electrical infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and return accurate quotations within agreed timescales.
• Audit subcontractor applications and claims for accuracy and contractual compliance.
• Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and operational teams.
• Manage contract variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Prepare applications for payment, invoices, and supporting submissions.
• Monitor project costs and commercial performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Support operational teams with pricing and contract administration.
