OCU Group is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor based in Greenwich/London to support commercial management of infrastructure projects. You will work within the Commercial team, assisting in cost management, contract administration and financial reporting from tender through to final account.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across cost control, valuations, procurement, change control and risk management, collaborating with Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and clients to deliver profitable

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline with a 2:2 classification.
• Commercial Management qualification emphasised in role.
• Placement or project experience in construction/infrastructure is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Support cost management, contract administration, valuation of works, procurement support, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Monitor project costs, assess subcontractor accounts, manage change control processes.
• Assist with preparing valuations, analysing project performance, reviewing contract documentation and supporting negotiations.
• Develop understanding of commercial risk management, budgeting, forecasting and financial controls.
• Work across office and project sites to contribute to successful project delivery and long-term business growth.
