Nicholas Associates Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management on groundwork projects across the North East from procurement through to final account, ensuring value, quality and compliance.

You will bring strong commercial, negotiation and reporting skills with proven groundworks experience (ideally residential), and you should be proactive, able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with travel between sites

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will take full responsibility for the commercial management of groundwork projects across the North East. From procurement through to final account, you'll ensure projects deliver optimum value while maintaining quality and compliance.

We're seeking candidates with strong commercial, negotiation, and reporting skills. Proven experience in groundworks, ideally with a residential focus, is highly desirable, along with a proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
