Job summary

Reinforced Recruitment is supporting a leading residential developer in Hemel Hempstead to recruit a Quantity Surveyor. You will oversee the commercial management of multiple residential developments, coordinating with construction, technical and sales teams to drive profitability and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years' Quantity Surveying experience within a PLC housebuilder.
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential construction and commercial processes.
• Experience managing subcontract procurement and payments.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial aspects of multiple residential developments.
• Work with construction, technical and sales teams to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Take ownership from procurement through to final account and delivery.
