Ashbrittle is a growing residential property developer seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding commercial team in the South East. You will own the commercial delivery for multiple developments, managing budgets, procurement, subcontracting, valuations and monthly reporting.

We are working with a growing and successful residential property development business that is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded QS with experience working for an SME residential developer or self-build house builder, who is looking for genuine responsibility, autonomy and long-term career progression.
The business currently has approximately 40 new homes under construction, with further developments secured and a strong pipeline of schemes across London and the South East. The ambition is to consistently deliver around 100 units per year as the business continues to expand.
Reporting directly to the Directors, the Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of the commercial delivery of multiple residential developments, from acquisition and pre-construction through to completion and final account.
You will work closely with the Directors, Construction Manager and site teams, overseeing project budgets, procurement, subcontract management, valuations, cash flow forecasting and monthly commercial reporting.
