Job summary

PLC housebuilder is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team on new build residential developments. You will take responsibility for the commercial performance of your projects, supported by an experienced Commercial Manager and wider team.

This opportunity suits an experienced Quantity Surveyor or an Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to step up, with an emphasis on organisation, commercial awareness and building strong relationships across site teams and subcontractors.

• Good understanding of the commercial process on new build residential projects.

• Procure subcontractors and manage packages from tender through to final account.

An established PLC housebuilder is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team. This opportunity would also suit an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is ready to step up into a QS role.

Working on new build residential developments, you will take responsibility for the commercial performance of your projects, supported by an experienced Commercial Manager and wider team.

About you

You will be organised, commercially aware and confident building relationships with site teams, subcontractors and colleagues across the business.
