You will oversee the commercial management of multiple residential developments, coordinating with construction, technical and sales teams to drive profitability and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years' Quantity Surveying experience within a PLC housebuilder.
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential construction and commercial processes.
• Experience managing subcontract procurement and payments.

The Opportunity

A leading national housebuilder is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based in Hemel Hempstead. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with 3-4 years' experience within a PLC housebuilding environment who is looking to take the next step in their career. You'll be responsible for the commercial management of multiple residential developments, working closely with construction, technical and sales teams to ensure projects are delivered profitably and efficiently.
