Job summary

EGIS is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with strong pre/post-contract experience to work on a prestigious HS2 rail project in the UK. You will support commercial governance, entitlements, and cost control while driving efficiencies across the supply chain.

The role emphasizes collaboration with client teams, subcontractor management, and ongoing professional development through RICS training opportunities. Site presence is required with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• NEC3 Contract management and administration upstream and downstream.
• Establish and manage entitlement with focus on maximizing value.
• Draft contract communications and notices (Early Warnings, Compensation Events).
• Liaise with Client's Commercial/project team and stakeholders.
• Maintain productive relationships and contract governance.
