Egis is delivering a prestigious HS2 rail project from Old Oak Common, West London. We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor who can apply NEC3/4 contract knowledge to manage pre and post-contract activities and drive efficiencies in a complex supply chain.

You will work on cost control, commercial risk, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners. A solid track record in the UK rail sector and a commitment to professional development are essential.

Responsabilidades

• NEC3 Contract management and administration upstream and downstream
• Establish and manage entitlement, with focus on maximising entitlement under the contract
• Investigate and draft contract communications and notices including Early Warning Notices, notification of Compensation Events, General Communications
• Liaison and negotiation with the Client’s Commercial and/or project team
• Establishing and maintaining productive and collaborative relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure appropriate commercial records are maintained in line with the contract requirements and oversee any contractual issues
• Provide contractual and commercial risk advice to the Commercial team and wider Technical and Construction Delivery teams
• Contribute to project financial monitoring and reporting
• Administration of subcontractor and supplier contracts including EWNs, change, payments, forecasts and through to final account
• The quantity surveyor will lead the review and valuation of subcontractor applications for payment in accordance with contractual terms and conditions and contractual entitlement
• Manage, monitor and report on commercial and cost reporting aspects of allocated projects and portfolio of works including CVRs and cost control
• Support the programme and project teams to ensure full compliance with contract and corporate governance rules
