EC Property Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Quantity Surveyor at all levels to join their Bristol office. This independent consultancy, with over 50 years in the industry, focuses on cost and project management across a range of sectors including commercial and residential.

The role offers the opportunity to handle diverse pre- and post-contract work while benefiting from a supportive team environment and strong APC support.

The package includes a competitive salary of £45,000 - £75,000 and a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or similar discipline.
• Experience with JCT and/or NEC.
• Confidence in client interactions and teamwork.

The Role

They're looking for a QS from Assistant to Senior level to join their Bristol office.

You’ll handle pre- and post-contract work.

You’ll support or lead projects depending on your experience.

You’ll work closely with clients, attending meetings and producing reports.

There will also be potential future opportunities to get involved in fund monitoring and EA work.

The work is varied and the team is supportive.

About You

You’ll have a degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.

You might be well into your APC, or already MRICS chartered.

You’ll have JCT and/or NEC experience.

You’ll be confident dealing with clients and working in a team.

Most importantly, you’ll want to grow your career in a stable, respected consultancy.

Package

£45,000 - £75,000 depending on experience.

Hybrid working – 3 days in office or on site, 2 from home.

APC support and ongoing CPD.

Discretionary bonus and flexible benefits.
