Job summary

Foster & May Limited is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Bristol office on a full-time basis. The role covers cost management, estimating and client-facing work across a diverse mix of projects across sectors such as commercial, education and healthcare.

The ideal candidate holds a Quantity Surveyor degree or equivalent, with 4+ years in a PQS environment and working toward MRICS. Flexible working and a collaborative culture are offered, with a salary range of £40,000–£50,000

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in PQS environment.
• Experience with cost management and estimating.
• Face-to-face work with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

A medium sized PQS construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol office.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The Quantity Surveyor will work on a diverse range of projects across an array of different project sectors such as commercial, education, healthcare, residential and more.

Day to day the Quantity Surveyor will have a diverse set of responsibilities such as, cost management, estimating and face to face work with clients and more.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveyor degree or similar
• At least 4 years' experience working within a PQS environment
• Confident in completing a project from inception to completion with little support
• Experience working within a PQS / Consultancy practice
• Car + driving licence
• Working toward MRICS
