Damicor Ltd in Bristol is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their multi-disciplinary construction consultancy. You will work on cost plans and final accounts across commercial, education, life sciences and residential sectors, with hybrid working options.

The role involves client meetings, full project lifecycle involvement, and pre/post contract knowledge. The firm has over 50 years of presence with 5 offices UK-wide, offering career progression and a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree.
• PQS / consultancy background.
• Experience across multiple sectors.
• Experience in client meetings and full project lifecycle.
• Pre and post contract knowledge.
• Experience with £5M-£30M contract values.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality cost plans that carry through to final accounts.
• Work across a mixed portfolio in commercial, education, life sciences, residential and public sectors.
• Attend client meetings and manage full project lifecycle.
• Utilise pre and post contract knowledge on projects.

A passionate and employee focused construction consultancy are looking for their next motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol team.

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a multi-disciplinary consultancy, where Quantity Surveying, Project Management, CDM, Architecture and Employers Agent services are offered.

The Quantity Surveyors will have an incredible opportunity to work within Commercial, Education, Life Sciences, Residential and public sector schemes on new build and refurbishment projects.

Hybrid work is offered.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

With great support for the key Directors, the new Quantity Surveyors will be working across a mixed portfolio projects across the Bristol, Southwest and Wales.

The Quantity Surveyors will be producing high quality cost plans, which in turn continue throughout the process into the final accounts.

A solid understanding of Pre Con knowledge is expected, with a great enthusiasm for quality work / long lasting relationships.

The Consultancy have been operating for over 50 years, and have 5 offices across the UK. They are a sociable, motivated and highly respected organisation. (Medium sized)

The background of the Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree
• Must be a PQS / Consultancy background
• Quantity Surveying background across a myriad of sectors
• Able to be involved on client meetings and take full project life cycle
• Pre and post contract knowledge
• Understanding within the £5M - £30M contract values
