Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor to join a growing main contractor in Ringwood, Hampshire. You will take ownership of live projects, manage commercial delivery, and develop strong ties with Directors and senior managers.

With exposure to diverse sectors including healthcare, commercial and refurbishment, you will oversee procurement, valuations, payments and cash flow, while supporting the commercial team’s continued growth and turnover ambitions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering commercial management on live construction projects.
• Understanding of JCT contracts and commercial processes.
• Ability to work with Contracts Managers, site teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial delivery across live construction projects.
