This innovative firm is seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. Location: Stoke on Trent office; Hybrid role, office/home and site with some regional travel - North West/Yorkshire, East and West Midlands. Working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, typically 8.30 am - 5.00 pm.

Within our Public Services and Commercial team, covering Healthcare, Education, and Leisure sectors on various Refurbishment and Fast Track projects, you will work both from home/office and on site, collaborating with your team in an inclusive environment.
The role involves obtaining and evaluating information to ensure a realistic cost for the supply of works, goods, materials, and services for designated Fit-out and Refurbishment projects while liaising with Contractors, Suppliers, and Clients to ensure information, costs, profitability, and value meet project requirements.
You will have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant within the Education, Healthcare, and Leisure Refurbishment/Fast Fit environment, which will give you the knowledge to hit the ground running and contribute effectively to the team. Attention to detail and great written and verbal communication skills are essential to your success. You must also have proficient MS Office skills and hold a Full UK Driving Licence, as travel is required for this role.
