Job summary

Rogers McHugh is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Leeds team. You will work on office fit-out and refurbishment schemes, from £200k up to £5m, getting involved from early stages through to completion.

You will manage costs, support procurement, and build relationships with subcontractors and clients, gaining increasing ownership as you develop. This role offers exposure to fast-paced projects and a clear path to senior responsibility within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as QS/Assistant QS in construction with fit-out, refurbishment or interiors.
• Familiar with subcontractor procurement, valuations, cost reporting and final accounts.
• Keen to learn, commercially aware and ready to take on more.
