Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in commercial fit out or interior refurbishment.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and handling full commercial process.
• Experience with projects up to £5m, office/commercial fit out environments.

Responsibilities

• Be commercially responsible for several commercial fit out projects at once, typically up to £5.5m.
• Manage subcontract procurement, valuations, cost reporting and final accounts with project delivery team.
• Follow projects from early stage through to completion, monitoring costs and ensuring smooth commercial delivery.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple schemes.
