Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our high-performing commercial team on the SGN contract. You will generate weekly revenue and cost reports, control submissions of daily completed jobs, and produce the Schedule of Rates while reconciling subcontractor costs and payment certificates.

You will liaise with Operations and Planning to monitor progress, review schemes to hit targets, and price completed high-volume jobs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering NEC contract schemes and subcontract management
• Background in utilities/civil engineering sector
• Proven track record developing junior colleagues
• Excellent communication skills, proactivity and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)

Responsabilités

• Generate weekly revenue and cost reports

• Produce Schedule of Rates
• Reconcile subcontractor costs and payment certificates

• Review scheme works to ensure targets are met
